Connect QuickBooks
The company owner or an authorized Finance administrator can connect the company’s QuickBooks Online account.
Open QuickBooks in Finance- Sign in to Project Control if asked, then open Finance → QuickBooks.
- For your live company, select Production — company books. Complete the one-time application setup if needed, then select Save settings.
- Select Connect account or Reconnect. Sign in to Intuit and approve access to the correct company.
Application credentials belong in the secured Finance setup. Purchasing users should contact Finance for help with the company connection.
